20 Seconds Hold
10 Seconds Rest

This routine I do about once a week to strengthen my core and the good think about it is that it actually improves your posture. Depending on the type of plank you try, you can also engage your back, arms, shoulders, glutes, and hamstrings. Basically the whole body more or less.

Still, in order to develop muscle mass on your abs and develop those 6 packs, you still need to do the classic crunches usually with weights. I will have a video for that also.

The important thing for you guys to remember is that dieting is crucial in order to loose that fat that’s covering the muscles underneath. No matter how many abs you do you cannot target fat loss only from one part of the body, in our case, the abdominal part.

Be careful what you eat!!! Develop that habit to count your calories. Be aware of everything that you drink.
