15 Minutes Workout Insane FullBody Challenge

This is the first CHALLENGE that I made and I’m planning to do at least one every week.
It’s inspired from Crossfit workouts.

For many years I was training as a bodybuilder and that was fine except my body was good in doing only one thing, looking good :))). As I matured myself I learned that this is not enough and usually, people who don’t have a very active life or have sedentary jobs, develop problems in flexibility, posture etc. and these things matter also in the day to day activity.

So recently started integrating this types of workouts in my routine. I believe in mixing the styles of training in order to have a complete functional body, from strength to flexibility to balance, speed, agility, coordination, muscle endurance and cardiorespiratory endurance. It all have to come together.

And let’s not forget the aesthetic part of it which has a major importance in developing confidence and that involves all the fields in life from work to relationships.

10 Dumbbell Snatches
5 Toes-to-Bars

15 Dumbbell Snatches
6 Toes-to-Bars

20 Dumbbell Snatches
7 Toes-to-Bars

25 Dumbbell Snatches
8 Toes-to-Bars

30 Dumbbell Snatches
9 Toes-to-Bars

35 Dumbbell Snatches
10 Toes-to-Bars

For every 3 minutes you have to stop what you’re doing and do 5 Burpees
