EMOM(Every Minute on the Minute). It is a training protocol where you complete a specific set of movements or exercises every minute, then rest until the end of the minute, then you start again once the next minute starts.

I like this kind of training in particular because I can manage my time in that minute, do the exercises faster so I have more time to rest, and also it gives you some sense of competition. As we get deeper into the workout, the fatigue definitely starts to kick in.

The best part of it is that you only use your body weight so it can be done at home also.

We have here 30 minutes for the same 3 simple exercises which will work your whole body and also raises your pulse like crazy so in the long run, burn more calories than any other aerobic workout. In the middle of the training, we made the intensity higher just to push ourselves more by increasing the number of repetitions from 5 to 7.
